How it works:
- Form a team: Gather a group of talented students from your university. (no less than 3- no more than 5)
- Tackle a real-world challenge: Apply your knowledge to solve a pressing organizational issue. We will give this to you after you register and have been accepted.
- Receive expert mentorship: Get guidance from industry leaders to refine your approach.
- Present your solution: Showcase your work at the ISPI Conference on April 14, 2025 in Jacksonville, Florida.

The teams will be capped at three teams for the conference.
ISPI is waiving conference registration fees for student participants. This means you can attend the conference for free
A few things to note:
- Travel and lodging: While ISPI waives the registration fee, you'll need to cover your own travel and accommodation costs.
- Faculty support: Faculty sponsors and advisors are encouraged to attend but will need to pay the standard registration fee. However, there may be potential discounts available.
- Evaluation: Your team's presentation will be evaluated based on ISPI's 10 Standards of Performance Technology and the AI4PI Playbook.
